A 42-year-old Strykersville man was charged with DWI on September 29, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers stopped Joshua H. Bengert for operating a Polaris Ranger, a UTV, on the roadway on SR- 78 town of Sheldon. Bengert was placed under arrest after failing SFST’S and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. He recorded a .13% BAC.
Bengert was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sheldon Court on October 15, 2018 at 6:30PM.
