A 46-year-old Cassadaga man was charged with Aggravated DWI and Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree on October 10, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Donald Rounds was pulled over on Moon Road in Cassadaga for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Rounds was placed under arrest. Rounds was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .21. As Rounds’ driving record revealed that his driving privileges in New York had been suspended for an alcohol related offense, he was additionally charged with AOU 1st Degree.
Rounds was then processed, arraigned in the town of Charlotte Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
