A 35-year-old Fillmore man was charged with DWI on September 27, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the town of Caneadea, officers determined that Kristopher T. Hubbard had been operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.14% BAC.
Hubbard was released with appearance tickets returnable to Caneadea Town Court in October.
