A 42-year-old Genesee man was charged with Lewdness, Exposure of a Person, Disorderly Conduct, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on September 27, 2018 following the report of a man exposing himself to a neighbor.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a male exposing himself to a female neighbor and urinating in public outside a residence on State Route 417 in the town of Genesee. Their investigation revealed that Jack E. Doxey had committed the offenses shown above and discovered a small amount of marijuana on his person.
Doxey was arrested and arraigned in Bolivar Town Court. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail and is due to appear in Genesee Town Court in October.
