A 28-year-old Clarksville man was charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child on September 26, 2018 following a report of a domestic dispute.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responding to a report of a domestic incident at a residence in the town of Clarksville determined that Justin M. Chapman had slashed a tire of a moving vehicle while three children were present in the vehicle.
Chapman was arrested and arraigned in Clarksville Town Court. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to reappear in Clarksville Town Court in October.
