A 28-year-old Scio man was charged with assault on September 20, 2018 following an altercation with another party.
According to New York State Troopers, officers investigating a report of a dispute at a residence in the town of Scio determined that Stanley P. Raymond had broken the nose of another party during the altercation.
Raymond was arrested and arraigned in Friendship Town Court. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail and is due to appear in Scio Town Court later this month.
