A 35-year-old Depew man was charged with DWI on September 22, 2018 following a single-vehicle traffic accident.
According to New York State Troopers, during their investigation of a reported one-car property damage accident on Upper Birch Run Road in the town of Allegany, officers determined that Kyle S. Dudek had been operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.15% BAC.
Dudek was released with appearance tickets returnable to Allegany Town Court in October.
