LATHAM — Major General Anthony P. German, the Adjutant General, announces the recent reenlistment of members of the State National Guard in recognition of their continuing commitment to serve community, state and nation as part of the Army National Guard.
These include:
- Master Sergeant Scott Anderson from West Seneca, who reenlisted to continue service with the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
- Staff Sergeant Timothy Brugger from Hilton, who reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters Service Company, 642nd Support Battalion.
- Sergeant Michael Bykowicz from Derby, who reenlisted to continue service with the 152nd Engineer Support Company.
- Specialist Anthony Caldarella from Buffalo, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company A, 2-108th Infantry.
- Master Sergeant Stephen Campbell from Lancaster, who reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition).
- Sergeant First Class Thomas Cashman from Cheektowaga, who reenlisted to continue service with the 105th Military Police Company.
- Master Sergeant Stephen Cleveland from Clarence, who reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters 153rd Troop Command (Brigade).
- Specialist Alaena Griffith from Buffalo, who reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition).
- Staff Sergeant Jody Hackemer from Rochester, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company C, Recruiting and Retention.
- Specialist Kenneth Harrison from Blasdell, who reenlisted to continue service with the Combat Engineer Company B, 152nd Brigade Engineer Battalion.
- Staff Sergeant Justin Kaier from West Seneca, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company C, Recruiting and Retention.
- Sergeant Michael Landauer from Albion, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company B, 3-126th Aviation.
- Specialist Ryan Nash from Varysburg, who reenlisted to continue service with the 105th Military Police Company.
- Sergeant Logan Price from Syracuse, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company C (Medical), 427th Brigade Support Battalion.
- First Sergeant Lamont Pugh from Buffalo, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company C (Medical), 427th Brigade Support Battalion.
- Specialist Robert Seyler from Youngstown, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company C (Medical), 427th Brigade Support Battalion.
- Sergeant Joseph Skelly from Rochester, who reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition).
- Private Jacob Stith from Buffalo, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company D (Forward Support Company Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition), 427th Brigade Support Battalion.
- Staff Sergeant Brian Tenace from Henrietta, who reenlisted to continue service with the Company B, 3-126th Aviation.
- Sergeant Douglas Vagg from Leroy, who reenlisted to continue service with the 152nd Engineer Support Company.
- Staff Sergeant William Vasquezperez from Williamsville, who reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition).
- Staff Sergeant Jacob Welsted from Lake View, who reenlisted to continue service with the Military Intelligence Company D, 152nd Brigade Engineer Battalion.
- Specialist William Zanghi from Kenmore, who reenlisted to continue service with the C Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition).
“New Yorkers count on our Citizen Soldiers to be ready and be there when disaster strikes,” German said. “And our nation counts on our Soldiers when duty calls for overseas service. I congratulate our members for choosing to stay in service and striking that balance between military duties, education or employment commitments and family obligations.”
