GRAND ISLAND — A 21-year-old Grand Island man was charged Sunday with public lewdness, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana after an incident on Grand Island.

According to New York State Police, Troopers out of SP Grand Island responded to a report of exposure. The caller reported to 911 that while traveling north on the south Grand Island bridge a vehicle pulled next to them and the driver exposed himself. Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect, Jacob Stromberg, who did not know the victims, pulled next to their car, turned on his interior car lights and exposed his genitalia to the occupants. The complainants attempted to drive away but Stromberg continued to follow and expose himself. Stromberg was located by police and arrested.
