There are roughly 2000 condo owners who have protested their assessments. In the, past there were far few protests challenging their assessments. It cost the town over $900,000 dollars in 2009 to settle the grievances that year.
I’m expecting the town to give in to these condo owners and give them what they want to avoid a very expensive court battle.
