ELMA — A 33-year-old Holland man was charged Saturday with possession of stolen property over what New York State Police say was a stolen New York State Inspection sticker.
According to the NYSP report, Troopers stopped Andrew Brzyski on SR-400 for speeding. Upon further investigation it was discovered Brzyski possessed a stolen NY State inspection sticker.
He was taken into custody and processed at SP Boston released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Elma Court on June 1.
