HAMBURG — A 55-year-old Angola man was charged earlier today with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Bayview Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped David T. McCann for moving from his lane unsafely. They subsequently determined him to be intoxicated. He was then taken to the Boston Troopers’ barracks, where he was found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
He was processed and released with an appearance ticket to Town of Hamburg Court on June 23.
