ANGELICA — A 30-year-old Hornell man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license following a traffic stop on I-86.

According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Nicholas J. Tucker for failing to signal a turn on Peacock Hill Road. He was determined to be intoxicated and taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks for processing where he recorded a 0.16 percent blood alcohol content.  It was also determined that Tucker was operating his vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.

He was released on tickets and is due before the Village of Angelica Court on May 24.
