HUME — A 55-year-old Buffalo man was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 19.

According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Paul E. Sheehan for failing to keep right and speeding. Upon interviewing Sheehan, Troopers determined him to be intoxciated. He was arrested and transported to SP Amity for processing where he recorded a 0.18 percent blood alcohol content.
He was released on tickets and is due to appear before the Town of Hume Court on Thursday.
