BUFFALO — Weekends in Buffalo start at Coca-Cola Field and one of the best ballpark traditions returns with the red-hot Bisons team THIS Friday.
Get to the ballpark as the Bisons host the Lehigh Valley IronPigs for a special fridaynightbash! on May 5. First pitch between the Herd and the ‘Pigs is at 7:05 p.m., but we’ve got all new reasons why you’ll want to come early and stay late!

This week’s fridaynightbash! marks the return of the popular ‘Happy Hour,’ and this year the Bisons have added an all-star to their lineup! Resurgence Brewing Co. is now our ‘Happy Hour’ sponsor and is bringing their line of truly Buffalo flavors, like their Sponge Candy Stout and Loganberry Wit, to the pre-game tradition. All 14 oz. beers purchased at the ballpark’s Consumer’s Craft Beer Corner, which also includes their Resurgence IPA, Blood Orange Siason, will cost just $3.00 from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. during each Resurgence Brewing Happy Hour!
Each Resurgence Brewing ‘Happy Hour’ will also feature a special craft beer offering, with this week’s being their Head in the Clouds Double IPA. The Happy Hour will also feature live music as well as food specials to get you ready for the game.
Of course, Bisons fans know the fridaynightbash! party doesn’t end until a fantastic postgame fireworks display. This year, fans will quickly notice an all new In-Park Fireworks Experience. The award-winning show from Zambelli Internationale has been brought inside the ballpark walls, giving fans in attendance a post-game show with greater intensity and a more immersive, exciting feel.
