ELLERY — A 49-year-old Erie, Pa. man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, William Kozuch was pulled over for speeding and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Jamestown Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .16 percent blood alcohol content.
He was processed and released with an order to appear in Town of Ellery Court later in the month to answer the charge.
