BOSTON — A 48-year-old Boston man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on May Drive.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Robert A. Knoche on May Dr in the Town of Boston for excessive tint on his vehicle windows. They determined him to be intoxicated and transported him to SP Boston where he provided a breath sample of .13 percent blood alcohol content.
Knoche was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Boston Court on April 24.
