HUME — A 33-year-old Fillmore man was charged with felony DWI and circumventing an interlock device following a traffic stop on State Route 19. 
According to New York State Police, Justin A. Freeman was stopped for speeding and failure to keep right. While interviewing Freeman, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated; He was later found to have a .08 percent blood alcohol content. Due to prior convictions and restriction, Freeman was also charged with circumventing an interlock device. 
He is slated to appear in Town of Hume Court later this month.
