BUFFALO — The Buffalo Police Department announced that there will be a Code Blue beginning at 8 p.m. Matt Urban Hope Center, St. Luke’s and Harbor House will be open as warming shelters from that time until 8 a.m. Harbor House will be also open as a warming center from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
All scheduled Outreach and Hope Center Shelter workers are asked to report to Matt Urban Hope Center, 385 Paderewski Dr., by 7 p.m.
