NIAGARA FALLS — A 33-year-old Niagara Falls man is facing a laundry list of charges following a warrant execution at a Linwood Avenue home.

According to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour and City of Niagara Falls Police Superintendent E. Bryan DalPorto, Stacey M. Lewis stands charged third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a child, levied due to unsecured narcotics located in areas accessible to a juvenile.

Lewis had been free on bail pending charges stemming from a search warrant and arrest in September where a loaded firearm and narcotics were seized. He is scheduled to be sentenced on the 2016 charges in Niagara County Court on Thursday. He was arraigned on the current charges and will be held pending a future court date.
