BUFFALO — A stolen credit card report led Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies to arrest a 26-year-old Buffalo man on Thursday after he reportedly used the card at a convenience store.

Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports that deputies were investigating the Feb. 17 larceny from an Alden vehicle when they found that one of the cards stolen was used in the city. Further investigation led them to Joshua Angielczyk, who was charged with a felony count of criminal possession of stolen property – credit cards, and misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and identity theft.
