A 17-year-old Amherst girl was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center Wednesday morning after she pleaded not guilty to a criminal mischief charge in Amherst Town Court.
The girl is accused of throwing a brick through a window of an Eggerstville home late on Feb. 10, according to police records. She remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Wednesday in lieu of $500 bail set by Justice Geoffrey K. Klein.
