ELLICOTT — A 40-year-old Williamsport, Pa. woman was charged Sunday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle that was driving east in an erratic manner. The Troopers located and pulled over the suspect vehicle. The driver, subsequently identified as Jennifer Rager, was placed under arrest after being determined to be intoxicated. She was taken to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .25. She was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released.
