FALCONER — A 44-year-old Kennedy man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on West Main Street.


According to New York State Police, Jason Dustin was pulled over for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated. Two children under the ages of 16 were in his vehicle at the time of the traffic stop and were turned over to a family member who responded to the scene.

Dustin was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample showing a .12 percent blood alcohol content. Dustin was then processed, issued appearance and traffic tickets returnable the Town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charges.
