STEAMBURG — A 58-year-old Gerry woman was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief following an argument.
According to New York State Police, While at a private residence, Mary Butler intentionally scratched a 2011 Toyota with a rock, causing over $250 in damage. She was arrested and processed at SP Jamestown, then arraigned in the Town of Cold Spring Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
