WELLSVILLE — Fifty-three-year-old Gladness D. Jackson of Wellsville was charged with identity theft on Thursday.
According to New York State Police, the charge came following an investigation of a complaint that she had fraudulently opened an account with Seneca Gaming and Entertainment at the Oil Springs Casino with another person’s information and without permission.
Jackson was processed at SP Amity and issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Ischua Court on Tuesday.
