WELLSVILLE — A 19-year-old Bolivar man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Niles Hill.
According to New York State Police, Anthony A. Cutler was seen failing to stop at two separate stop signs. While interviewing Cutler determined him to be intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to SP Fillmore processing where he recorded a 0.11 percent blood alcohol content. He was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear before the Village of Wellsville Court on March 7.
