TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Twenty-seven-year-old Bethan M. Conrad of Lockport was charged Sunday with petit larceny, accused of stealing from Walmart.
According to New York State Police, Conrad had exited the store without paying for a jacket and a purse. She was processed at the Lockport Troopers’ barracks and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
