SCIO — Twenty-three-year-old Stephanie R. Fonseca of Wellsville was charged Saturday with second-degree aggravated harassment following a complaint.
According to New York State Police, Troopers arrested Fonseca during an investigation into a phone call where she allegedly made a threat against another person’s life. She was processed at SP Amity and arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court where she was released and is scheduled to reappear before the Town of Scio Court on Jan. 24.
