WILLING — A 42-year-old Pennsylvania woman was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Graves Road.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch. The operator, Jeannie L. Jackson of Shinglehouse, Pa. was determined to be intoxicated. Additionally, a smoking device containing marijuana was located on her person.

Shinglehouse was transported to SP Amity for processing where she recorded a 0.11 percent blood alcohol content. Jackson was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear before the Town of Willing Court on Jan. 11.
