KENNEDY — A 24-year-old Cherry Creek man was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 62.
According to New York State Police, Blake McAffee was pulled over for a traffic violation and during the traffic stop, Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside his vehicle. A bag containing a gram of marijuana was located inside McAffee’s vehicle and he was placed under arrest, issued a traffic ticket and an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Poland Court next month.
