BELFAST — A 38-year-old Belfast man was charged with stealing an archery bow from a grocery store on Sunday.

According to New York State Police, Joseph A. Leiseur was observed on security camera taking the $200 item, concealing it on his person and passing all points of sale.

He was processed at SP Amity and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Belfast Court on Dec. 27.
