TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 29-year-old Lockport man was charged Saturday with fourth-degree criminal mischief, accused of vandalizing a Birchwood Drive home.
According to New York State Police, Troopers were dispatched to a report of a domestic dispute at a Birchwood Drive residence, where investigation revealed Edgar Sosa was involved in a verbal dispute with a family member when he punched a hole in a wall and knocked a door off the hinges at the residence.
He was placed under arrest and transported to SP Lockport for processing, arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $2000 cash/$4000 bond.
