NORTH TONAWANDA — A 33-year-old North Tonawanda man was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and well as unlawful possession of marijuana on Thursday.According to New York State Police, David Kennerknecht was stopped on 14th Avenue in the City of North Tonawanda and subsequent to the stop was found in possession of a black switchblade knife, a suspended NY driver’s license, and a plastic container containing marijuana. Kennerknecht was taken to SP Niagara for processing before being released on an appearance ticket for the City of North Tonawanda returnable in December.
