GENESEE — A 39-year-old Genesee man was charged Thursday with criminal mischief by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Steven M. Childs was arrested subsequent to an investigation into damage to a residence on Main Street. He was transported to SP Amity for processing and was released on an appearance ticket.
Childs is due to reappear before the Town of Genesee Court on Dec. 18.
