STOW — A 24-year-old Ohio man was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Aaron Marietta was pulled over for a traffic violation and while speaking to Marietta, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle revealed a bag containing 13 grams of marijuana. Marietta was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court next month to answer the charge.
