SINCLAIRVILLE — A 55-year-old Hambug man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 60.
According to New York State Police, Andrew Madeja was pulled over on Route 60 for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .16 percent. He was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Charlotte Court and released.
Madeja is scheduled to appear in the Town of Charlotte Court in December to answer the charge.
