The Niagara volleyball team will travel to New Jersey this weekend to take on the Saint Peter’s Peacocks on Saturday and the Rider Broncs on Sunday.

Niagara is currently on a four-match winning streak, logging in six wins of its last seven matches.
The Purple Eagles are coming off a win against archrival Canisius, in which they beat the Golden Griffins 3-0 on the match. In the win against Canisius, Niagara set a season-high .405 hitting percentage, giving them their ninth win in the last 11 meetings with the Golden Griffins, including three straight.

Rylee Hunt continued her streak, in which she now holds 20 straight matches with double-digit digs. Freshman Caroline Leitch set a career-high 11 kills in the victory against Canisius, and added a match-high .733 attacking percentage.

The Purple Eagles are off to their best conference start under Vilis Ozols with a 6-3 record. The last time NU was 6-3 in MAAC play was in 2012.
