POLAND — A 34-year-old Kennedy man was charged Saturday with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
According to New York State Police, Joseph Battaglia was using a vehicle belonging to another party without their permission.
Battaglia was arrested, processed at SP Jamestown and released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court later in the month to answer the charge.
