NIAGARA FALLS — A 57-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged with DWI early Wednesday morning following a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard.

According to New York State Police, Kenneth Zortman was stopped around 1:25 a.m. for failing to maintain his lane. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and charged him with DWI. He was taken to the Niagara Trooper’s barracks, where he refused a breath test.

Zortman is due in City of Niagara Falls Court to answer to the charges.
