HINSDALE — A 36-year-old Hinsdale man was charged Sunday with fourth-degree stalking and second-degree harassment, accused of repeatedly contacting a woman.
According to New York State Police, Shawn M. Kemp had refused to stop contacting the woman and came to her place of employment on several dates. Kemp also contacted the woman’s 13-year-old son through social media. Kemp was advised several times to stop the contact but refused.
Kemp was arrested at his residence and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Belfast court in October.
