BATAVIA — A 63-year-old Pavilion man was charged Saturday with fourth-degree stalking after reportedly following a family throughout local stores.
New York State Police say that William Lane Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail pending a future court date.
