STAFFORD — A 20-year-old Batavia man was charged Saturday with driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on SR-33.
According to New York State Police, Nathan Constantino was found to be in possession of marijuana and after failing field sobriety tests, was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Constantino was processed and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Stafford Court.
