BUFFALO — On Monday, the USTFCCCA released the latest regional rankings. After an impressive weekend at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitation where they placed 15th out of 38 teams, the men have rose five spots to 10th overall in the northeast regional rankings, and the women have rose one spot to sit at 13th.

The latest rankings come after the impressive weekend for both the men’s and women’s teams at the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational. Andrew Berge set a personal record on the course, completing it in 24:39. His time if fourth-best in program history at the course. The men took home a 15th place finish, ahead of ranked LaSalle, Stony Brook, St. Joe’s, Lehigh, and Temple. The women posted an impressive race as well, finishing 17th out of 45, ahead of ranked Stony Brook and Quinnipac. Stephanie Ward crossed the finish line first for the Bulls, clocking in at 20:56, a program record on the course for Buffalo.

The two teams will have two weeks to prepare for Pre-Nationals held in Indiana on Oct. 15.
