Kathy Lee Tothill, formerly of Lockport, passed away September 26, 2016 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a long illness. Born in Lockport on February 10, 1963 she is the daughter of Linda (Keirn) Vincent and Wiley (Vicky) Tothill of Lockport.

Kathy graduated from Lockport High School in June 1981 and attended Niagara County Community College majoring in Special Education. A lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church she was active as a teenager in the church interfaith group. Kathy worked at the Elks Lodge #41, the Union Sun & Journal Circulation Department, and Wilson Farms.

Besides her parents Kathy is also survived by her twin sister Karen Garbutt; two brothers David Tothill and Darin (Angela) Tothill; three step-sisters Tamara Smith, Cathleen (Christopher) Scirto, and Wendy (Joseph) Derda; and half-brother Eric Tothill; also survived by her much loved 8 nephews, 1 niece, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private funeral services will be held at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. James Hardy of First Presbyterian Church. Interment in North Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to First Presbyterian Church, 21 Church St., Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated.
