YORKSHIRE — A 51-year-old Yorkshire man was charged with DWI, unauthorized use of a vehicle and criminal mischief by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Troopers had responded to a complaint and official investigation prior to charging Richard P. Kasprzak on Monday.
Kasprzak was issued an appearance tickets with a return court date in September in the Town of Yorkshire Court.
