COLDEN — A 44-year-old East Aurora woman was charged Saturday night with driving while intoxicated after her vehicle was found off Boise Road.
According to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, Rebecca Kubanek was found around 10:38 p.m. with her vehicle partially in a ditch. Kubanek was determined to be intoxicated and charged as such.
She was processed at the Elma Substation and was later released on tickets.
