TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 20-year-old female and two juveniles were charged Thursday with petit larceny, accused of stealing items from Walmart.
According to the New York State Police, Kelly Randolph and the two juveniles were seen putting small items into a black purse and leaving the store. NYSP located the three and charged them with petit larceny.
All three were given appearance tickets to Town of Lockport Court in August.
