TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 20-year-old Tops employee was charged Thursday with petit larceny, accused of falsely printing out bottle return receipts and exchanging them for cash.
According to New York State Police, Kierstin Page had stolen over $600 in three months using the bottle return scam.
Page was issued tickets to return to the Town of Lockport court later in July.
