ELMA — A 27-year-old Elma man was charged with DWI and speeding after New York State Police say he was stopped for traveling 105 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Christopher McCraken was found to have a .15 percent blood alcohol content after the traffic stop on Wednesday, police say.
He was released with a return court date in the Town of Elma Court.
